Just Glow Spray Tanning Terms & Policies

At Just Glow Spray Tanning, we are committed to delivering safe, professional, and custom spray tanning services using high-quality, skin-nourishing products. These terms and conditions outline the standards, expectations, and policies that guide our client relationships. By scheduling or receiving services with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services Rendered

Just Glow Spray Tanning offers personalized, hand-applied spray tans designed to complement your individual skin tone and tanning goals. Our trained artists use their professional judgment to deliver a natural-looking result based on your consultation and the selected formula.

Please note: A spray tan is considered a completed service once it has been properly applied using the appropriate solution and technique. Color outcomes—such as perceived darkness or tone—may vary due to skin chemistry and other variables. Dissatisfaction based solely on these subjective factors does not constitute grounds for a refund or complimentary service. See item 3.

2. Skin Conditions & Result Expectations

We strive for consistency and quality, but some results are influenced by factors beyond our control. The following may affect your tan:

  • Pre-existing skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, acne, visible or non-visible skin bacteria, or dry skin)
  • Hormonal fluctuations or medications
  • Incomplete exfoliation or improper pre-tan preparation
  • Use of personal care products (lotions, deodorants, oils) before or post-appointment
  • Post-tan exposure to clothing or moisture, sweat, or friction

Just Glow Spray Tanning is not responsible for uneven fading, discoloration, or undesirable results due to these conditions or improper preparation and aftercare.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

All services and retail product sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered at the sole discretion of the owner. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so that we may review and address the situation accordingly. Please note: photos or an in-person review will be requested. 

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to our services and to respect our spray techs’ time, Just Glow Spray Tanning maintains the following policies. These policies apply per individual spray tanning appointment scheduled.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $30 cancellation fee per spray.
  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“No Show”) may be charged up to 100% of the service fee for that individual spray.
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled spray appointment may be deemed unserviceable and treated as a “No Show,” subject to applicable fees.
  • While Just Glow Spray Tanning will make every effort to accommodate and rebook clients, any adjustment or waiver of fees is at the sole discretion of the owner.
  • Repeat late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in booking restrictions or the requirement to prepay for future services.

5. Bronzer Transfer Disclaimer

Our spray tanning solutions may include a temporary bronzer designed to guide application. This bronzer can transfer to clothing, bedding, or towels prior to your first rinse.

Although our formula’s are plant based and do not typically remain on clothing after washing, clients are advised to wear dark, loose-fitting clothing post-tan and to use dark sheets or towels to avoid potential staining. Just Glow Spray Tanning is not responsible for any damage to garments, linens, or personal items due to bronzer transfer.

6. Lost and Found

Just Glow Spray Tanning is not responsible for personal items left behind at the studio. While we make every effort to safeguard forgotten belongings, we cannot guarantee their security. If an item of significant value is found, we will do our best to contact the client and hold the item for a reasonable period. We encourage all clients to double-check their belongings before leaving the studio.

 

Glow Club Membership Terms & Policies

Glow Club memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on the original sign-up date. A valid card must remain on file.

Members may cancel after the first two billing cycles with 30 days written notice. If a membership is canceled or becomes past due, all unused sprays, rollover visits, and member benefits expire immediately.

Unused sprays roll over month to month while the membership remains active and expire 12 months after they are accrued. Rollover sprays may not exceed 12 accumulated sprays at any time.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared. Sprays may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Standard appointment cancellation policies apply to all membership visits. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that visit and voucher.

Retail discounts apply to regularly priced merchandise only and may not be combined with other promotions. Complimentary pre-spray and finishing powder are included with membership visits only.

Additional sprays purchased at member pricing must be used during an active membership.

Just Glow reserves the right to update membership pricing or policies with 30 days notice.
